Refund Policy

Exchanges and Returns

  1. Request for Returns of unopened items have to be made within 14 days of the date of delivery.

  2. In case of products with manufacturing defects, missing parts or received with any physical damages, an exchange return request must be raised within 3 days of the date of delivery.

  3. Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the date of delivery after which we would be unable to cater to your refund, return or exchange request.

  4. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be with the original packaging intact.

  5. Returns for products with manufacturing defects, missing parts or received with any physical damages are subject to inspection.

  6. To accept your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  7. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons due to customer error.

Refunds

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  2. If approved, your refund will be processed as store credits within 2 business days. You may opt to receive a refund to your original mode of payment. If you selected the COD as original mode of payment, the COD fee would be non-refundable.

  3. Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

  • Please contact your bank or credit card company. There is often some processing time at their end before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, can be refunded as store credits.

Exchange / Return Shipping

Shipping costs for returns that are not related to product defects i.e.customer error will be borne by the customer.  Such shipping costs are non-refundable. All shipping costs (including delivery and return) will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you.
